was sittin here ,minding my own business,burning one .could hear a heli far off.then closer --then in my yard and all around me.with a 5 footer stashed in the bushes and my heart in my throat.heck of a way to spoil a good buzz they didnt notice and flew down to road to bust a guy 1/2 mile from me with 7 plants.still hearing chatter between heli and sheriff gonna fly alot more but would they repete there searches in same area?heli pilot said will continue all next week in the county----n.c. sucks and my area really sucks i sliped out and took my foot and almost laid her down then took ties to connect limbs above it to help hide damn 7 more weeks of this

I know the feeling. But if its not a big grow where the money spend to raid it wouldn't be made back they won't bother. Most of the time they are looking for big grows and people who are selling so that there's a chance of money being at the place of the grow.

no the state gets 1500.00 per plant that---i can tell you that first hand was charged 12000.00 for 4 small plants----that was tax on weed,the tax fee was 6000.00 but they didnt tell me untill it was 30 days late and the doubled it to 12000.00then sheriff took my big screen tv,1000.00 out of wifes bank account,all my camping stuff---my camcorder---fishing poles truck and motorcycle and more for the taxes since i didnt have the cash.i wasnt put on probation--no jail--just kept my stuff.judge heard case and said this<boy they ve done enough to you>and ordered them to return my work truck and my camcorder-----i lost bigtime---lawyer was 2500.00 also reason i havent grown in 19 years--------

Ouch. I know a guy that had 20 plants and when the cops came to his place all they did was take his plants and left every thing. So he still had his grow light.

geeze. The USA laws suck. Your guy's law system is crocked but its to take down gangs. The front page on our news paper was a 70 year old male that got arrested for growing and when the judge asks him if he'll come back when his court date is he said probably not. 
its a ripoff--then the shiriff get s about 80% of the money for drug war .yea right------25 yrs ago our sheriff dealed in shine- and owned half the county--5 yrs ago a few of our finest we cought with confiscated drugs coke lots that was taken a few yrs back along with 50.000 dollars somehow people from out of state didnt show for court yea right ----i miss the 60s and 70s

Crazy, Law Enforcement is totally out of control, helicopters searching for weed, it makes me nuts. Right now while reading this a violent crime took place! A child died in Somalia, and here we are being taxed to death so some whora's can fly around looking for weed, and I am willing to bet you can find those same bad people at the local bar getting hammered, ahh, go figure man! Good Luck with your plant dude, don't know if they (Nazi's) do multiple fly overs.

Yea its bs that they are taking down the self growers and low kind of growers instead of dealing with the big grows that are for gangs and such.
they take so much from you for growing i just stopped growing,,,i buy a pound for 1000.00 or so and lay back---i never show anyone <i never have more than 1 quarter ounce around me..last around 4 months---work when i can find it---play my guitar---smoke alittle--and grow a large veg garden.plus i fly remote helicopters as a hobby. my grown kids play music so we jam alot---southern rock--ozzy--etc wish it was legal---my wife would qualify for medical

Nc isn't that bad compared to other southern states, it's "decriminalized" there. I know, I'm from nc and lived there almost everyday of my life until recently. I don't think anyone should laugh because a guy gets busted for growing a plant. The end.
