Hebrew's First Official Grow!

ok started week 7 yesterday...also I took some hemp twine and tied the leaning plants to their pots. Seems to be helping them stand up straight...been 5 days since the flood(flush), so I reintroduced a small amount of ferts as a last dose this morning...just water from here on out. light about 10" off canopy...think this is the home stretch.....a bit of patience now.....

yea so I watered em yesterday...had been two days, but they such monsters now, they drink quite a bit quickly. Pretty much got the leaning over under control...since being tied up, they are using the tension for support and mostly standing straight up...but I rotate every pot a quarter turn everyday, so they constantly adjusting, because the fans hitting them from the sides...looking good though...done with ferts, just water from now on....it's about time for some update pics.

When I got home yesterday, one plant was leaning way over...borrowed a few of my girlfriends 15 inch knitting needles and staked 3 plants up...doing better now..standing up pretty straight....8th week starts today....can't be more than 2 more weeks tops I'm thinkin...

ok finally got around to some update pics....got that swell goin on....watered today when I got home then snapped these...those pics of my "drying chamber" have little buds from some lower branches I trimmed off yesterday and today....

watered today...plain water till the end....havent given nutes since last dose...which was a few weeks ago....cut off a few branches just now for a little puff later on tonight....doin the ballast method quick dry...just a few little buds.... On another note, I think I'm gonna be ordering my seeds for next round from Sannies....he got real nice genetics at a great price...sounds good to me!!! I still haven't bought my 30x microscope from Radio shack; it's on my "to do" list for this week. Everythin lookin good in the garden, just waiting for harvest time now...

started 9th week today...got rid of all the side branches...pretty much lollipopped em...watered today.....just waitin.....

thinkin harvest next friday....

ok so I'm goin to be watering the plants today, probably for the last time....Friday is harvest day!!!

ok yesterday when i got home from work, one of the plants had fallen over bad, as in kinked not just bent over....so I straightened her back out and leaned up against the light cord...only gotta make it two more days.....

So was supposed to harvest today, but ended up doing last night....had repair man comin to fuck with some pipes in the basement, so just decided to play it safe and give em the chop a few hours earlier than planned....my girlfriend and I harvested, trimmed, and hung the plants in about 45 minutes....all the while taking pics to document....so here are the pre-harvest shots....

ok so it ended in bliss........first successful grow under my belt. Lessons learned, but many more still.....experience obtained, if only the tip of the iceburg.....check out the pics.....

Yesterday was the beginning of the 10th week!!! Nice day to harvest!!

so they been hanging drying for about 6 days now....in a few minutes I'm going to cut the buds off the stem, weigh it all, and put in glass jars to start curing them....

ok so forgot to post after I weighed.....got 48 grams...thats about 1 3/4 ounces. Not to shabby, considering we harvested all the side braches a while back, and harvested a hermie early....having to guess since I didnt weigh that stuff...I bet total yield was between 2.5-3 ounces. I removed smaller buds from stem, but left the heads of the buds(the chunk at the top) on the stem and placed into 3 glass jars for cure. Have been opening to vent in the morning, when I get home from work, and then lastly, before I go to bed...I air them out for about ten minutes, then close them up again. Starting to smell quite nice in the jars...have already smoked about 4-5 grams since I weighed!! Now I need to paint the grow room, order my seeds, get some bigger pots, some soil and start all over again!!!

Good job man...those nugs look excellent!
