heavy compost/ewc soil

Hey, just got around refreshing some soil a few days ago. I combined a few old pots that had been sitting around with a bin of unused soil i had sitting outside for a while. Neither of them were in ideal conditions and definitely didn't maintain proper moisture levels to keep things thriving. I added a tablespoon each of alfalfa/neem/crab shell, a 1/4cup of insect frass (just got some, never used in previous soil mixes) and 2 tablespoons of kelp. Mixed in like 4 big scoops of ewc from my bin and around 10 equal scoops of pumice also. After mixing and bringing all this to a better moisture level, i added 1 teaspoon of alfalfa/neem/kelp on top of another 2 scoop layer of ewc. After 3 days, I have a strong mycellium mat growing over the top of the soil which is promising i think. All in all, it came out to a little more than 2 cuft.

I cant really remember what all has been added/grown in certain bins/pots, but I know I am heavy on the compost inputs, both ewc and some good looking leaf based compost from outside. I'm hoping that adding a good amount of extra pumice this go round will help with it being such a heavy mix. Most all the mixes started with a pretty basic 1/3 peat 1/3 pumice 1/3 compost + amendments.

I'm not really sure whether I should mix the bin, destroying the mycellium growth, or if I should let it do it's thing for a bit as is? I'm looking to get some seeds started in the next week or so, but don't want to jump in before the soil is ready. Would a two week aging period be enough to revive this soil with the added fresh compost?

Any input or suggestions on what I've got going would be appreciated.

Sounds like a good start. I think you might be better off waiting longer 2 weeks if you can, but you aren't using super hot amendments so you're probably good. And I'm not sure if you should mix the mycelium or not. I've done it both ways, but I'm waiting to hear from the pro's. I'm still a rookie.

You’re probably fine, compost has been composted already and is good to go. Things like blood meal are nitrogen hot and need to break down a bit.
