Heat stressed clones - worth going on or throw them away?

Hi there,

I have purchased 2 week old clones last week and due to my new lamp, I managed to heat-stress them quite properly. As I put the light away, new leaves seem to be going out at the tops, but anyway they have been through a serious stress.

The question is if it is worth going on with these clones, or if it would be better to throw them away and get new clones.

Thanx for any advice

As Tommy says, If new growth is appearing they will be fine.

Yes, new growth seems to be appearing.

The thing I'd like to know is just if this accident will affect the further growth and health of the plant in some way. Basically if I will be able to get as much of them as if this hadn't happened.

They are still quite young, about 15-20 cm tall.

In time it will grow and the old damaged leaves will fall. If you take good care of it you'll never know.

If they aren't dead they should be OK but there is a long way to go and many other dangers ahead! Will they yield less? Who knows. No guarantee replacements would do any better.
