Heat stress or what??

Don't know if this is heat stress or not? It was a bag seed I got. Everything was doing good until I got up this morning and the tips started looking like this at the top but not the bottom. There are a few leaves curling also. I think it might be heat stress because I added two more 6500k cfls last night. It has four 6500k cfls on it now. It's sitting in fox farm ocean forest with perlite added. This is only my first time so just trying to get some professional input.

I'm not a cfl grower so just commenting to bump your post. If they were fine before adding the lights there is a very good chance that the added lights are the issue. I didn't think cfls got hot? Have been told that you can have issues with cfls when placed too close to the plant. Good luck!

do you have a fan on them and is it oscillating?

Thanks for the replies guys. I do have an oscillating fan on it. I tried raising the lights a little to see if that helps. I have another bag seed plant of another strain but it's not having this problem.
