Heat Stress or Magnesium Deficiency

Hey Guys,

A plant I have recently took a turn for the worse almost instantly and I'm not sure if its due to Heat Stress or a Magnesium Deficiency but at the moment I'm leaning towards Mg.

Lower half of the plant is unaffected and remains a real nice dark green. However the top half of the plant has started to go a semi lime green with a sort of yellow'ish tinge. Than theirs the spots which appear to be either due to Heat or lack of Mg. Growth has also slowed down a bit.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

It is lacking magnesium, not a heat issue. Usually if there is a mag issue a calcium issue is soon to follow. The real dark leaves near the bottom are nearly blue which points to a calcium issue. The lime colored leaves that are starting to get spots or burned looking tips and looking "v" shaped points to mag issues. So, looks like your babies are lacking both cal-mag. Some cal-mag, made by Bionicare, do the trick. Good luck

Thanks for the quick reply ;)

I was in a hurry when planting and made the mistake of buying soil without dolomite lime mixed in so I'll have a bag of that a.s.a.p and re-pot.
