heat stress and ph problems?

This is my first grow and I'am a major newbie so any tips and advice will help me out a lot! I'am growing 2 plants(bagseeds) in a 2ft wide 3ft tall wood box with cfl's. I have 2 9in fans for ventilation but having big heat problems. I think i gave my plant too much nutrients so i flushed it for about a week and a half. The water is tap. didn't keep track how long i had the plant but estimating around 3 weeks. The plant was doing fine at first it looked very healthy but in the last week or so the bottom leaves have been shriveling up and dying.
I have one fan blowing stright on the plant and another one blowing stright up towards the vent in the roof. The temperature is around 90 day and night. looked in other post's and i think it has nutrient burn, heat stress, and ph problems. Please give me any info to save it! Here is a few pictures.

90 is way to high. you need to lower those temps. 72-82 is perfect. growth is slowed above or below. growth stops above 90, it shrivles and dies. no nute problem visible

i beleive u r right on all ur assumptions.....
fix the ventilation
get a ph and ppm meter so u can see what u r giving to ur plants....
since u already flushed, give it 1/4 strength nutes with a ph of 6.5-6.8..... and feed, water, water, feed when the soil is dry
good luck
