Heat stress and early sexing

I've been thinking, could it have to do with the first couple weeks of early sexing having them under the 6500k bulb even tho it was on 12/12? And for the last week I've had them under the 2700k bulb to see if that helps And when I start clones, I plan on letting them veg for about 4 weeks before transplanting so they can develop a strong root mass, but these ones have good strong root mass, roots were coming out of the bottom of the coconut pots when I transplanted them, and thanks for at least suggesting, any help is more help than I had!

I'm glad as well :) Will keep this thread posted, more pics as soon as they show, I hope soon tho because I have a blue widow clone my buddy gave me, and it's almost 2 foot tall, he's been holding it for me till I got mine sexed, but it started getting to big to transport so I had to go pick it up and thro it in with my flowering plants, but I've got her off to the side under the 6500k bulb, hopefully that'll help keep her in veg a few more days till the rest show, my lights come on at 9pm, so I should have another update around then

Could be over or under watering, or even heat, I had a few leaves like that, but as long as they don't all start turning you should be fine, what are your temps? How often do you water?

Still no more hairs, but look more like pear shaped things, almost like the petioles I think they're called, the single hair lookin leaf at the nodes

Well 2 more showed the tips of hairs popping out of the calyxes tonight, day 23 of flowering, last 2 need to show soon so I can put them back in veg before flowers start forming too much, I'm glad ill have mother plants to clone from and won't have to worry about sexing no more, will post pics tomorrow, you can barely see the tips of the hairs now

heres my update, 2 still havent shown, but heres the 2 new ladies and the first lady

day 25 of flowering

About a month more veg after the last 2 show before I go full flower, I gotta get my blue widow clone vegged a bit to put in to flower as well, but so far 3 of 5 female, maybe I'll go 100% :) I had 2 of 3 males last time I tried my hand at growing years ago, so I'm stoked, plus I'm much more knowledgeable now, and have a little more money now for materials

That's good this year I'm actually at 100 % female in my garden just the way I like it lol
that blue widow is some fire tho my buddy had that strain last year goods stuff

Update, last 2 have shown, both female, that makes a 100% crop, I can actually get some clones going now, got the plants back in veg to finish growing, and getting ready to take my first clone, the blue widow, gonna take about an 8" clone from the 2' + tall mother, that way I can get the one light closer to all the plants, also started insulating box, ill let y'all know how that affects my temps, had a couple days that were in the mid high 90's, and it's been low mid 80's thru the night with lights on, and mid to high 80's during the day with lights off, and it looks like heat has been my issue all along, after a bit more research, come to find out that at 90 degrees, the actual growth of the plant stops

Update on mine to one of my plants (bag seed) has Hermied it seems to have male and female parts I gotta make sure so ill check back in a couple more days if so sadly I gotta rip her/him it out

Damn, that sucks! At least you caught it tho! I'm hoping none of mine end up going hermi, but I've heard that too much stress can make them go hermi, so I got my fingers crossed, all of mine were bag seeds, but I won't know if I have any hermi's till I go to full flower, and how far into flowering are you? It might just be the plants last attempt to become pollonized, if it's at the end of flowering

Ya, unfortunately those look like nuts :( I've found with my plants that a water pitcher shape is female, more of a circular shape male, and male stamen generally form in clumps like that, you'll see hairs before the calyxes clump together like that if it were female
