Heat lamps question

ok so i want to grow two plants in my room i dont want to grow anything big i just want it to bud me a couple of ounces

what heat lamps should i use nd what store to get it without being to much money

go to htg supply and get a 4oowatt hps system

you dont want a heat lamp. read the faq first.

need at least a 250 watt HPS but 400 watt HPS is better, definetly not a heat lamp, it will not do anything!

For a couple of plants why not why not cfl? Would be cheaper to run seems like 400 watts I think its overkill
