I saw a post on DIY where a guy gutted outside fixture for the ballast.Fixture is only 25$.They didn't have a kit to build your own.Temporary fix is all I need for now.Have an old chest of drawers I'm gonna turn into stealth cabinent,just hate doing the same job twice.Don't want it to too much work when i change over.No rest for the weary.

hey mighty how are thing going with your grow? have you gotten the temp down, I can't belive that unplugging the lights did nothing.

I hope that your stealth works out..

I'm holding off on building a box.Just gonna see what happens with this run.I think heat has stymied growth a bit,but I dont know.germ. on 6/8,transplanted about 3 wks. ago.Got 1 plant about 5" high,5 plants about 4" high.Seems slow going,but I dont know

To actually use CO2, isn't that expensive, but the regulator that you have to use with the CO2 tanks is around $150. Maybe find one less on the internet. I started using CO2 about a year ago and noticed a big enough difference for me to keep on using it. The tanks are only about $20. When u run out, you just take your tank back to where you are getting the CO2 at. For me it is at the grow store that I get supplies from. It's a lot less hassle than all those alternatives

Some one told me that 2 of six seeds would be male.is there any truth to that?its pretty crowded in my gizmo and id like to thin them out, but I dont wanna go through all this and not get any females.

Hey smokekeeper, I'm gonna make one of those co2 gizmos that you showed a picture of.I've got some 1/4" hose laying around, do you think thats too small?

no that is good, sorry haven't been on in a while. but I have found that you get just as many tricombs anyways. I stoped useing that method untill I can figure another method out. it didn't work for me because my room was not sealed.

any seed can be male or female, I think that they are saying from the plant you will get two males out of six seeds. you might get all females from yours or all males. just depends
