I have a couple girls going and my temps in the grow space are at 90f during the day I noticed even though its winter mind you.4x4x7 ft closet space mylar. I had a small desktop fan blowing in there up at an angle seemed to be around 82f. last few days its been up to 90 what I hae is 2 55w cfls for sides and a t12 floro 40x2 in there aswell anything I can do to get my temps down??? I should mention that my ballast is in the closet area too on a cement block.
I also picked up a 4inch flex duct hose 8ft piece and I had it in my closest window and the other end aiming at the desktop fan that was blowing in angled kinda at the hps and that was keeping the temps near 80-86.
I was told I should be trying to pull air away from the bulb hood not blow air on it so im trying to figure out a way as of now I have a big box fan blowing air directly on them into the room slightly angled towards the light and I have the hose end coming from the window aiming into the back of the box fan hopfully pulling in colder outside air . and I have the desktop fan mounted hanging over the top of the closet doorway so far im down to 84. but my door is open fairly good so light shows more.
I have a vent located on both sides of the hood that I could unscrew I was hoping to find a way to mount my duct hose onto the side of the reflector and pull air out with a fan.
Any ideas as to what I can do to get temps down during the day especialty
