i am growing in a inclosed cabinet with a squirrel blower and a inline fan does the room temp where the cabinet is realy infect the temp in side the cabinet
 
of course it does. unless u have some sort of independent refridgeration on your cabinet, the temperature of the inside of the box is entirely dependent upon the temperature of the outside of the box. think about it...the fans are just bringing air from outside the box and sucking it through the box, establishing an equilibrium temperature between the heat generated from your lights inside and the probably lower temp. outside.
 
if its cooler on the outside of the cabinet it will pull the cool air inside the cabinet which is a good thing. just like if it's hotter on the outside it will raise the temps in your cab. keep it cool by keeping it indoors that way it's a little more consistant inside the cab. peace PH2
