i own a hand held flir device its state of the art. and i can walk down the street and see grow rooms heat signature threw walls and roofs at my freinds houses, these things are amazing! and it has a port to atatch to dig camera and take pix....big brother can spot ya, but dont be paranoid you live in a legal state right?
