Healthy Top, Dying Bottom?

Hi, my plants over a month old now. The top half of it looks fine, but from the bottom up, it looks to be dying. I dont have pics just yet, i'll try n post some later.

Could it be lack of light? cuz the leafs at the top are big and covering the bottom?

Im worried!

This is my first grow so many mistakes are to be corrected! So forgive me.

Im not using lights i just have it sitting under my roof window, gets a lot of sun.
I havent got nutes for it yet or nothing, but it was doing fine until like, last week, when i noticed the bottom leafs curling down and dying, it seems to be spreading up the plant.
