Yep this happened to me before, cup got knocked over and seed wasn't fsr enough below surface. It grew upside downIt looks like you pre-germed it in paper towels and then didn't plant it deep enough so it didn't have time for the root to grow down because it's upside down.
I replanted her right side up and you can see is this picture that the husk is still on it, I read on another forum that I should try to remove the husk, should I do that it just leave it be?Tuck her back into the dirt... I’ve seen this before!!
Leave it be. The more you touch and poke at it the higher the risk it will not become a true seedling. Once it gets taller and is clearly pushing out cotyledons and it still hasn't shed the seed shell, then gently try to pull it off.
