Healthy seedling?

My seedlings been looking like this for a couple days now and I feel likes it’s starting to look unhealthy or might be about to die?

It looks like you pre-germed it in paper towels and then didn't plant it deep enough so it didn't have time for the root to grow down because it's upside down.

Yep this happened to me before, cup got knocked over and seed wasn't fsr enough below surface. It grew upside down

I used tweezers and gently turned it back over, few days later it resprouted again and grew fine after that.
 
I took one off the plate, placed it in the dirt and covered her with soil.. I add a plastic bag over the container to preserve the moisture.. stuck her in the corner.. got up this morning to check on it.. damn thing had jumped out the dirt.. I was like damn that’s fast..,dug the hole a tad bigger.. stuck her back in..she should be breaking fully open here shortly..
 
Get a small pot of soil, wet it completely under the tap, poke a seed a centimeter down and cover then step away for a week nothing else.

Until you have this at 100% your not ready for more complex and pointless stuff :-)

I replanted her right side up and you can see is this picture that the husk is still on it, I read on another forum that I should try to remove the husk, should I do that it just leave it be?

Leave it be. The more you touch and poke at it the higher the risk it will not become a true seedling. Once it gets taller and is clearly pushing out cotyledons and it still hasn't shed the seed shell, then gently try to pull it off. However, typically they pop the shell off on their own when they are ready.
