Kale chips: buy some raw organic kale, mix w/ coconut oil, add pink Himalayan salt, bake for 9-10 mins at 350. Delicious. Nutritious.

Does it have to be coconut oil? Can it be peanut? Does it have to be Himalayan salt? Can it be Appalachian?

Carrots. I've found myself eating raw carrots and loving the crunch. Also I mix my granola with coconut shreds and add it to yogurt and mix in some berries. If you have Silk or any milk substitute it for yogurt.

There's other brands like 8th continent that makes a good chocolate soy based milk. My father in law drinks that while I prefer the silk.

Hemp milk is extremely easy to make, just add 1/2 cup of hemp seeds, 16 oz. water, and coconut sugar or vanilla to a blender.

That...I did not lol.

Still in my fridge actually, might give it another shot if it's still good, dunno of that kind of stuff spoils like milk but been there over 2 weeks, I know that lol.
It's definitely not spoiled yet. I buy Asian soy milk in bulk and it lasts me half a year lol.

Sweet fruits are candy to my body. So I'll munch on a fuji apple, a ripe mango or two, a few medjool dates, raisens, a small bunch of grapes, peaches, or what ever fruit is close by.
