Headshops illegal in florida?

just read a newspaper article, going on about someone, Darryl Routon claiming that tobacco pipes sold in the shops are purely used for weed and crack. Apparently if a headshop doesnt make 75% of their sales off of tobacco, they will be unable to sell any "carb" pipe, whether it be glass, ceramic, pyrex, stone, wood, whatever.

Who cares. 3/4ths of our local glass is expensive and shitty. I'd rather buy online anyways ha.

I've never heard of such a thing. Then again the head shop I go to primarily sells sex toys.

I've gotten some decent glass from Florida. Only problem I had with it was the price was a little high. I've already decided my next piece is coming from fdd though. His glass is wicked awesome and reasonably priced from what I hear.
