Heading up to Chicago this weekend

So my grandma has decided that I should drive her to Chicago this weekend for the fourth and I'm happy to do it, I much rather drive her then let her drive herself. But the question is how much to bring leave Thursday come home the follow Tuesday, shit thats 6 days, of family I guess an ounce and a half? Also what should I bring to use, the hotbox? Should I buy and Iolite? And fuck what about edibles for the way home? will fire crackers cooked this wednesday stay good till tuesday, and could I go without eating them after being with the family that much haha
