I just received a package from the "Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada" informing that my complaint is well founded. I just glanced through it so I need to read the whole thing. Did anyone else get one?

Ya I recieved one last week stating the same thing with the report investigation and how hc tried to show that they were not in the wrong but the summary of the privacy commissioners office says they violated our charter rights... Fuck hc

got mine last week read it all HC had many excuses but the privacy commissioner is not buying any of it. screw you HC now pay up and don't waste any more tax dollars fighting it and as soon as the payments are sent do the right thing and fire your selves and go check in to the nearest jail.

I don't think you have to file with the privacy commissioner but the more people that file with him makes HC look bad.
