hawaiian bud and bloom question?

can you feed hawaiian bud and bloom threw the entire budding cycle? I accidently bought it without realizing its for the last half of the budding cycle. I should be able to feed it at a lower mix strength for the first half, correct? If not what should i get for the first half of budding? Here are some pictures of my girls.

not sure, but i use Dr Earth Bud and Bloom through out my grows but it's only 3-9-4 not 5-50-17
they look pretty healthy now. The lower strength sounds like a good plan
