Having water pipe shipped in from outside of USA is legal right ?

watch AKA tommy chong or buy his book the I chong if your really curious, long story short it is illegal in some states in the usa to have bongs shipped across state lines. chongs stores didn't ship to those places, but there continually attempted to get his company to ship them over the state line, they tried to bust him a few different times before it actually happend, and it was actually some one else who shipped the bongs, chong was the target because of the publicity it would reach. buy his book its really good, i got it signed by him. the movie aka tommy chong is good to.

its not that the bongs are even illegal in those states its simply the shipping across state lines that makes it illegal. maybe even county lines in some cases. i think in the documentory chong talks about how they tried to bust him in texas first.

My point still stands, water pipes themselves are in no way shape or form, illegal. But apparently shipping them to certain places, even though those places can legal sell them, is illegal.

No big deal, but i figured it was fairly relevant, even if he was not the one in danger. I honestly thought it was like Florida or something he (Chong) sent the pipes to, turns out it was Pennsylvania, never would have guessed. Just wanted to make sure that every one remembered chong and how he went to jail for some of the stupidist shit ever.

yeah he was set up totally, its extremely fucked up. when the dea busted in his house they were all apologetic to him saying there sorry and stuff.

I bought a sherlock bubbler shiped from brazil.It was USPS.they suck lol.Landed & went through jfk.Was stuck in customs for almost 2 months.But I got it.

Just on the side here........An announcement was made a few weeks ago....alot of stuff even though you paid better shippings is now being put ON REAL SHIPS to stateside and can take up to 8 weeks now........it was on the news and its on the web about it......not just head shop stuff but talking about all mail.........but you can google it and get more info that was just the basics I was giveing

i know i ordered a roor from edit, and i'm fairly sure they are uk based.. and i received it with no problems.. i think the only time it becomes illegal is when it is used for illegal purposes, like smoking anything other than tobacco out of it..

US Customs raided ZEIPHER Vaproizer and cofiscated all......they are out of business right now.....if you own one no new bags and not repairs by the way......anyways there are going after the vape makers now......google about it.......they are saying the returns for repairs violate drug laws cause of resine is one thing quoted......but pretty much says it paraphanalia now and busting vape makers.

Chong stated that he was busted for moving them across state lines. read his book and watch his documentory. that being said if you not chong there probably not looking for you to ship bongs, it wont get them the publicity thay want from busting some pot head buying a single bong....
