Having problems please help !

Well i have about 8 or 9 plants all was doing well until the change to bigger pots. Now i think i have an idea about whats going on but need some others to make me sure... thanks ! Now i know there not the best pics but they will do... Will get more tonight if needed. and the white stuff on them is just bug dust.

try putting the plants in non-transparent containers. Light is bad for roots. that soil looks pretty dense, you might want to mix it lighter and let it dry out betwixt waterings. good luck to you.
