Having Light Issues

i had the light source to far away for a while, and my babies are now sorta lanky and unsturdy becuas of this, i have the lights alot closer now and theres more of it, and most of the plants are doing fine, but they are still a bit droopy and need to sorta be propped up, also the stems are too long for how much leaf developement. im wondering should i just start over, or will they bulk up, i cant really get a fan on them at the moment. any info would help.

they cant become males because of stress.. u could tie up the branches if they seem to droopy
