bud bootlegger
Larry Regs were trash...

Tahoe OG Fems were hermi's

Chem Valley was OK
i grew the larry regs, and although i wasn't a fan of the lemon flavor, which i knew going in, it was some dank bud, very much covered in crystals..
also grew the bubba fems, and that stuff is beyond dank, but a super crappy yielder, so it was one and done with that strain for me.. i'm usually not all that concerned about yield as it's just for my head, but damn, bubba was way low yielding when i grew her..

What the fuck is Swerve?

A verb used as a noun. Its meaning is "party"; intrinsically with alcohol. (As if an intoxicated person drives with a swerve)
Ewwe girl, we are so gonna get our swerve on tonight.
Swerve is a routine for me and my homies!
Me and Randy got our swerve on today at school.
Screw yourself.

Understanding teenage slang doesn't have to be a "salty" process. By which we mean, something that's overly annoying or pissing you off.

Young people tend to have a language of their own and if you're someone who likes to stay current or are just having a hard time reading into your kids' Facebook walls or texts, we're here to make your vocabulary much more relevant. And as we head towards the holidays, you may just impress the younger crowd at your family dinner and even use words like "salty" when they're appropriate.

Jonathan Hortillosa, a high school religions teacher from Aurora, Ont. says most of his students censor this type of language in the classroom and in their assignments, but he does occasionally hear words in conversation.

"What I hear often is hashtag as a word. One of my students uses this on a regular basis," he says. "Like 'I'm hashtag rattled by this' or 'hey sir, hashtag what's up?'"

But Hortillosa says instead of getting his students to steer away from using this slang, he actually uses it as a teaching tool.

"For example, I use 'hashtag' just to keep their attention and for the sake of humour."

And slang isn't always linked to a younger demographic. Recently, the National Post reported one of the most stereotypical Canadian phrases "eh," was slowly dying out and being replaced by "right." The paper also implied older Canadians will soon be the only ones using "eh" in the future.

This year we also saw popular online terms like selfie, FOMO, derp and squee all added to the Oxford English Dictionary.

HA ! Timing is EVERYthing! I'd just sat down to take a break from taking a break, and to hit a freshly rolled chernobyl 3 - a sort of mid-afternoon high calorie treat - so I actually read your post. You had me at the opening line, and as the joint kept getting hit, I had to keep going back and re-reading, and then I saw the humor angle here.

Outstanding post ! But....what exactly is  your point ?

that hes cliche with his name/marketing,and on the "cool list" for inexperienced/novice growers, just like the post above describes youth today...that godfather knock off logo probably sold more beans for him than anything...guaranteed someone thought "dog, that shits gotta be good..its labled like a gangster product..."

Not happy with the yield,or airy buds.It was just very slow growing and no vigor. Gets me real high though.

smh, constant CC bashing, like the saying goes if they aren't hating on you then you aint doint NOTHNG! Cali Connection has been nothin but A++++ results for me. Ive grown Buddah Tahoe, 818 Headband, and pre-98 Bubba and all were very good....as far as nanners go isn't that a common trait with finicky strains like OG? I have some OG that came from lord knows where and it throws nanners also if stressed a little bit, but nothing too bad...and to all the ones saying their seeds don't germ maybe you should try a diff method because EVERY, and I mean EVEERRRRYYYYY seed I have ever had whether from Cali connection or some shit i found in a bag has germed for me with the paper towel method

I think most of us growers know how to crack beans. There really are only a couple of methods requiring the same prerequisites..

I've never cracked a CC bean, and threads like this are part of the reason why. I have a few freebie seeds from CC sitting around, but they are bird food to me at this point. If it were one or two people bitching about CC then I would likely ignore it, but there a ton of people on this site and others saying the same thing ...... and many of them are respected members of the forum.

Add to that I've seen swerve running his mouth like a hormonal woman on threads, so I'll take a pass all together on his gear. If the head of a company carries himself so unprofessionally in a public forum, then why would I believe that any other aspect of his company would be any more professional?
