I'm guessing they have done some of their flowering stretch which is completely normal. Flowering stretch is different than stress stretching from the lights not being close enough. So to answer your question, Flowering stretching does not effect bud quality or quantity seeing as how it is part of the growing process. Your girls look good IMO.

Looking good man. It's prolly done most of its stretching. Prolly grow a bit more over the next week or so but at a slower pace.

I hate it when RIU app crashes and i lose all the thoughts I put in writing. I hope this problem gets solved one day!
Ok ..... I agree with the guys above that this is normal stretchimg that happens during the first 1-2 weeks of flowering which ya probably missed being in Amsterdam!
What I , and many others and you too should, do is keep the veg spectrum light (MH or any blue spectrum light for veg you use) on til the stretch is over. This helps control it especially with sativa dominant phenos which might more than double (or even triple) in height after flipping to 12/12. Also keep the girls on veg nutes til stretching is over and they start shooting more and more flowers then switch to bloom nutes.
I hope this helps bro ... happy growing
