CO2 accelerates growth. I don't think I would use it in early veg if space is a consideration for flowering. Others with more money might have a different opinion.

Is your room sealed? Is your temp and humidity under control, and kept in the proper VPD range? Are you lights able to deliver greater than 1000 uMol's (and up to 1500) across the canopy? Are you plants getting all the proper nutes in the proper proportions to prevent lockouts and deficiencies?
If you can't answer yes to all these questions, then don't even consider CO2 supplementation yet.
You could try brewing a batch of ale in there if you can keep temps in the low 70's. Even if it doesnt help your plant, you'll have something else to enjoy
