Have anybody had this issue before - potassium deficiency, ph issue, excess of nutrients?

I need help determining this issue. I haven’t seen this before. The leaves have this gloss film on them. I didn’t spray anything on them. I didn’t change the feeding. This is the only plant out of the three that has this.
It’s week 4 in flower and I noticed the leaves and it started spreading and noticed the bud growth slowed down. I’m thinking maybe a ph issue or potassium deficiency.

Nitrogen toxicity

I second that - too much nitrogen during flowering.
Thats why leaves have a dark / waxy look.
