have a few seedlings need some help!

hey guys, I planted 3 germinated seeds about a week ago and one isn't looking too good. It's leaves are furling over a little bit and it looks like the edges are white.

I read it could be because of overfertilization? My plants are in soil with plant food, is it worth transplanting into better soil at this point or just let them ride?

any ideas of what could be going on?

If they are looking that bad that early than a transplant might not be a bad idea, you dont need any nutes while they are seedlings

the other two are looking fine though could it be because its just a different strain?

yes, always germ in a neutral soil for at least 10 - 14 days. their food is built in.
