I've grown indoor and outdoor, built my led Cree cxb3590 bars, have a pair sgs160 area 51's, used quality nutes, perfect monitored and controlled temps and humidity....

None of this matters if you don't have access to the right genetics. Your flowers can look high times worthy while you are growing them, but if your strain aint right, when you get to smoking you'll see that the time, care and procedures were just a lot of spinning your own wheels.

Side note: Most people aren't dealing with good weed, no matter what they believe. Most outside of LA don't like to hear that, sorry about that.

Yes because L.A is the only place in the world good cannabis is bred right? There is some nice strains grown from all over the world,however I do agree,genetics are key.

And you have no clue that the vast majority of CA genetics came from elsewhere. Mostly from all over the world, through BC Canada, then down the west coast US, eventually to CA. You guys are WAY late to the party. But thanks for showing up...

As I said, most of you won't like hearing it, but it's true. I speak from the experience of smoking all around the world. I can drive a mile in any direction, walk in and choose from a variety of A grade top shelf strains (OG crosses my choice). No other place I've been has this quality, even what I came across from Colorado. Come visit.

Well then... obviously you haven't been to Vancouver. Same thing. Or Amerstdam. Same thing.

Again... not knocking CA, but it isn't original...and it is way late to the weed party.

And when/if you ever end up in either Vancouver or Amsterdam you should really thank them for showing you all how.

Oh...and then there is Washington State. They maybe late to the legalization/decriminalization end of things but they were pioneers too in the growing/breeding part...hand in hand with BC...

Finally, umm seeds and even clones now can be sent all over. It's the future bro.

Bad genetics don't survive long. They're wiped out by the incredible, inevitable onrushing progress of continual strain breeding and improvement.

This is true everywhere, and the process happens faster in bigger cities and more open and accepting legal environments.

LA is ONE hub of breeding, out of easily dozens across the country depending on how finely you want to slice the pie.

There is no one BEST strain. That in itself is our saving grace, because if there were this industry would collapse into a simple commodity branding business, like alcohol.

We live in the greatest Golden Age of Cannabis in human history. Enjoy the variety! Genetics are like beer; every fuckin place you travel, they'll tell you they breed the world's best right there!

This has happened already (years ago). It's why almlost everything here is an OG cross and goes for cheap. Good call. Very good weed even though it is as you describe.

I'm happy with my strains and so are many other people. A couple of the strains probably came from cali. Luckily for me these plants didn't notice that they aren't in California anymore cause they're still fire. They didn't turn to crap once brought across the magical state line, which is what seems most people from cali think happens.
When I was younger a friend of mine who moved out here from California literally told me that eighths weighed more in California. Yup, the weight changes because your in a different state. Now if that isn't a face palm, I don't know what is.

On several occasions I've encountered people thinking they had og outside of Cali. They did not. I will be happy when I get to go out of state and smoke A grade. Guys who grow (and post here) will be the last too admit this, but ask any smoker on earth what they love most about LA. Come visit!

I've never heard anyone ever say they love the MJ strains in LA, let alone in Cali. I guess it's a good thing that basically every strain known to mankind is available anywhere that it can be shipped to. To be honest, when you're smoking one hit weed already...who gives a fuck what somebody from LA or anywhere else in the world says. I'm not ready to start cutting back to half a hit to get me stoned, thanks very much for the great offer of your most excellent LA strains though.

Pretty typical weedhead sentiments though. This is better than that, mine is better than yours. West is better than East. Maybe it's better to find another venue to get your little-penis syndrome worked out of your system.
