First off I want to thank everyone in all of the threads that have helped me/ all tips and stuff that I had read it has helped me a bunch with my first ever DWC.

After using the straight into rockwool germ method Sunday night, today thursday almost all of my sprouts are poking with the liberty haze a bit behind from the rest.

Farther row is the hash plant haze, middle row is the libery kush with one ICE far right, and row closest in the picture is the master kush.

All but one seedling still has the seed shell on them even the lower left master kush which was the first to sprout(last night) and is the largest. If it hasnt shedded this by tomorrow morning should I carefully remove by hand or just let it be? My temp is 70 degrees with humidty at 80% NO DOME method with a heating pad on low below them. ALL INPUT WELCOME

They are in my cloest with no light, when do you guys suggest i put them under the CFLS?? right now? Thank you!

Im also adding two plants im currently vegging in soil a Rock Lock and a local cross here i was given.

My buckets are made of food grade plastic PP 5 and my lids are pool filter skimmer baskets, will be finishing baskets these next few days NO HYDRO SHOPS HERE.

Thanks guys be safe!

Thanks 2 easy I appreciate it. I am also subbed to yours!

Hey guys got a problem here, checked my sprouts last night before bed and a few were humped over just laying on the piece of paper on top of the rockwool.
I noticed my rockwool had dried up again so i added some water and this morning the longest one propped it self back up a bit. I removed one of the cfls and placed my second one a bit higher. I register 75 degrees and 60% humidity. Any insight? Thanks guys.

In happier news my rock lock in soil is exploding with growth and so is my other one!

don't worry too much about the temps keep those cfl's close to the seedlings otherwise they will stretch towards the light and will have more trouble supporting themselves

Agreed, Let the rockwool dry out. It looks pretty soggy. if you pick up the cube and its dripping water its too wet.

Thanks for the advice guys,

Problem im having with the heat mat (been there since i placed rockwool in tray) and the bulbs i added a few days ago is my rockwool seems to really get bone dry fast (18 hours or so). I add a bit of water to the tray directly and a couple hours later its gone, The problem im sure is that this rockwool is not bought at a hydro/plant store, might just be insulation rockwool, im not sure if they are all the same or what, My first time with this stuff sure is a learning experience.

Here are pics i just took, In a few hours it will be a complete week since I placed the ungerminated seeds directly into the soaked rockwools. Should I add a third bulb?

In other news here is an update of my rock lock which is kicking ass:

She has not been topped or FIMd at all. I want to take clones from her in the near future, do you guys think i should top or fim her? Or is it better to take clones from a plant that hasnt been cut? Thanks for all the infor guys its gold to me!
