I think some general leaf stress is typical in the later stages of flowering as more and more of the plant's energy has been diverted to bud production. As long as your leaves are not showing serious nute deficiencies I think you are alright. I have no experience with molasses, so I could not advise you there. The only thing I can say is that I would start flushing next week.

yeah it looks like they stretched quite a bit. Did you use the HPS for the whole grow? Because I've read that using an HPS for the whole grow will cause stretching. Try using a MH bulb for veg and HPS for flower. Also, if you keep the light too far away from the plants, that will cause them to stretch. You want the light as close to the plants as possible, but without burning them. Typically with a bulb like yours that's around 16-20 inches. Are you using magnification to view the trichs? Are they clear, cloudy, or amber? My understanding is that they start clear, and turn cloudy, and then amber. Cloudy is peak potency, so as soon as they start turning amber, it's very close to harvest.

grow it with nutrients for 2 more weeks. Then flush it out for a week and by then, the trichs should be half amber and the hairs should be all red as well. Then you can chop it. Those buds need to fill out some first before you harvest it. Just watch, they will explode in the last couple weeks.

yeah I agree with racer...the buds have not fattened up as wuch as I would expect with a 400 watt hps, so that is why I said 3 more weeks. And no, I don't think flushing before harvest means you water it everyday, I think it means that you water as you normally would, but without nutrients.

Flushing...The act of pouring 2 times the amount of water through the soil as there is pot volume. Example: You are growing Ganja goodness in a 5 gallon Pot, harvest is near so you need to flush. You wait until its a normal watering session and the soil is proper dry. 5 gallon pot means 10 gallons of water. pour slowly and thoroughly and saturate all the soil with nothing but PH 6.5-7 water, as you pour more in it will start to "Piss" out the bottom, be prepared for this and get the run off down the drain or something. Continue letting the plant piss until you have poured all 10 gallons through. put plant away and when the soil is proper dry, flush it again. You might only need to flush 1-2 times per week, the soil should dry out in between flushes. I normally flush for 2 weeks.
