Hash I made changing colours

What's going on folks?

So I made some really bombs hash... and for the last week or so its stayed a really nice gold/yellow colour... but now its changing to dirty blonde / brownish. What's up with it?

Still tastes incredible and gets you stoned as a motherfucker.

First picture is a couple days after it finished drying and I started smoking on it.
Second picture is today..
Third picture is the kush I grew (and what this hash is made from)

PS: I just bought an iPhone 4 yesterday, so these pictures are taken with the iPhone 4 so you guys can see the amazing quality of the pictures.

I would think that the darker color is it aging?

Where do you have it stored? The sticky trichomes could be collecting some dirt/dust and making it slightly turn color?

I have this beeline hemp string coated with beeswax, and it looks blonde when new. When you wrap it around a lighter and stick it in your pocket for a day the string turns to a darker brown because it's collecting dust and small dirt particles and its getting rubbed around. Same idea.

just keep it in a cool dark CLEAN place and buy an android, apple fuckin sucks your a tool for fallin for jobs hype

It is stored in a cool dark place, which is why I'm wondering why its changing colours.

It's in a glass jar, with a rubber seal... airtight.... Nice and cool... Clean jar...

edit: Perhaps its just the oils on my fingers from when I grab it to cut a piece off to smoke.... maybe the oils on my fingers are rubbing into the hash

the air that is left in the jar will still oxidize it
kinda like curing,everytime it gets open....air enters

Exactly, I was going to say the same thing. People do cure hash. I have, and do with small portions of batches, but the finished product is just fine to smoke without waiting.

i suppose it would have to do with the state ur trichs were in when it was made
im sure it is getting better,but only to a certain point,then it goes downhill
