Has my plant begin flowering??

It's in a small pot in Miracle Grow Natures Valley Organic soil. I wanna transplant into FFOF but I don't want to stress her this late into flower (15days)
 
Just a weekly update of my girls. Flowering coming along great I got some really nice pics. CFLS FTW.

Flowering week 4. 22 23 watt CFLS. 1 38watt (300 watt equivalent) LED. FFOF soil, GH Flora series nutes plus Rock Resonator.

Coming along nice. So I have a confession. So I was reading the wrong side of the nutrient bottle for the entire duration of my grow. I was reading the Recirucalating side, instead of soil side, so I was giving my plants way too high of nutes. So my question is can I just give it water now and it uses up the extra nutes in the soil from the mess up? Plus I'm using FFOF SOIL. Any advice?

I would just give the soil a good flush to clean out any buildup, then restart nutes at 1/2 strength (for soil) and go up from there.
