Has anyone used uv and ir light?

Im looking for reccomendations on the best way to utilize the uv and ir individually built into my led. At the end of the light cycle for an hr or so all the way thru flower??? Anyone with experience??? Pic of the girls for shits and gigs.

IR all the way to get leaf surface temp up. and UV in flower last 4 or so weeks Is what I do
I agree. Except, I used UV all the way thru flower. UVA and 830nm IR for the duration of the light cycle. UVB for up to 1.5 hours a day, 15 min intervals.

Cool man. Thx. I will probably do something similar as my uv and ir run to the same control. I dont see me turning it on and off every 15 min tho. Do you have an amount of time you would reccomend at the end of each day???

What Nm is your Uv? UVA can be ran all day. It's what makes a CMH attractive IMO. UVB, depends on distance of the light. I would start at 30 mins a day for 5 to 7 days, and increase the time by 15 mins after that. Repeat until you see damage, usually the undergrowth. At this point, I would back off the UVB time by 30 mins as i know its limit.

Im having trouble deciphering this. Does it list the uv nm? Today I ran 30 min in morning 30 min mid day and will do 30 at night. No problems so far. Maybe increase tmrw amd gradually throughout.
