I got it as a freebie when I ordered my outdoor seeds a couple weeks ago. Thinking about using it in my Nirvana Northern Lights indoor grow I'm starting in 2 weeks.

Well I got another one coming so I hope it is good! Couldn't resist Attitude's 420 special, haha. Even with all the other freebies they still threw in the UFO and I got the Cole Train again. I guess the UFO depends on how much you spend.

No I don't have any pics of the beans. All total I got 12 seeds with that order. I got a pack of Homegrown Fantaseeds Outdoor Mix (10 regular) and a single Low Girl fem from Advanced Seeds and the Cole Train freebie. The Cole Train and the Low Girl both look nice, but haven't started them yet. Out of my 10 pack, I'd say 2-3 or were sort of small. I germed 7 out of the 10 (including some of the smaller ones) and 7 out of 7 germinated. The 7 plants I started are about 10-12 days old and you can check them out in my signature if you want. 2 of the plants looked a little scrawny and were turning brown so I pulled them the other day. So all and all I can say I'm pretty happy, especially considering the Outdoor Mix was only about $28. All I can say it plant them and see what happens. A smaller seed doesn't always mean it isn't any good. I mean I guess it is possible that the 2 plants of mine that died were from the smaller seeds, but I don't know, I didn't really keep track. They all did germinate though using the paper towel method.

Thought I'd post an update for anyone still following this thread. I tried germinating one of the Cole Train seed along with some other seeds almost three days ago and it still didn't crack. The other four cracked within a day and are already starting to poke their head out of the soil. Going to give it one more day.

One thing I have learned over time is never judge a bean by it's cover. Small beans, fat beans, beans of every color. When I get a shipment of beans and most are small and look like they are not viable I simply germ the weakest looking ones I can find and have yet to have one not germinate.

My point is, beans come in every size and shape and some weed simply produces small seeds, doesn't mean it's not viable, it just doesn't look like it would be. Soak it, plant it, and you should be happy. And if you germ the worst looking ones you know you have the others for down the raod, maybe another grow sometime.

Give the Cole Train more time. I've had seeds take over 10 days to germ. I had a freebie Dinafem Blue Hash take almost 2 weeks. Glad I didn't toss it cause it turned out nice!

Too late, I gave it 5 days and flushed it. I germinated about 20-25 seeds this season with 100% success so I figured I was due for a dud anyway, haha. Thanks for the advice though. Next time I will give it more time.

Just grew one out that i also recieved free, finished earlier than the northern lights, but an excellent smoke. very strong, smelly, and honeycombed dense buds, would definitely grow again top marks for the bone......happy dayz!!!!

my coletrain freebie was a total herm. too bad because it grew real nice in veg, very healthy. mine definately was not an auto, though. i vegged it for about 6 weeks.

I grew this strain as a freebie i got, just have less then a gram left now in a jar. It is a pretty good strain.

I vegged very minimum, actually less then two weeks i believe (without getting up to look at my notes), and still yielded just a little under an ounce of dried herb. Taste after cure was good, but not phenomenal. Buds looked good, very frosty, big and dense, really packs on weight quickly. I personally flowered 9 weeks, but i think most people would let it go a little less. I would recommend as a low effort quick finishing strain, with decent buzz. 8/10 overall.

Hope this helps.

I have also recieved cole train as a freebie from HerbiesHeadshop. I planted the 2 fem cole train along with 9 other seeds. My cole train is THE fastest one growing, shooting up inches a day, it's very compact and dense too. I'm guessing I'll yield about 75-125 grams per plant. 4 1/2 weeks veg, on my 6th week flowering. Should be done in 2 weeks. maybe a lil less. Very fast and very low maintence, I accidentally gave it FULL strength nutrients on the third week of veg, and it took it like a champ, no negatives. I didn't continue feeding full strength, I usually build up to that. I have boughten Cole Train (same, by reserva privada seeds, my dispensarie sometimes says where the seeds are from) And IT WAS SOOOO GOOD. I bought a 5 pack of fem seeds to go in with my next grow. It's a Female Super Silver Haze, crossed with a Male Train Wreck. I love train wreck, and lots of people love the SSH. I like it. I payed little to no attention to the cole train since they were free, and they turned out the biggest. Not bad internode length either. It grew like a 70/30 indica/sativa hybrid. But the leaves are very obvious that their's sativa in them, but you can tell their indica dom. It's weird. No deformities, germed 100% in 14 hours and 17 hours.

Just wanted to bump this up, I just received 18 Seeds and was wondering if anyone else has any knowledge of this strain. I would like some tips for growing it if anyone has time. Thank you and have a great labor day!
