Ok I apologies for the glasses thing and I also ordered maybe a day after you did and the guy has already came on here and let us know what was up and even offered free glass to people who had problems with their orders

Do what you would like to each his own

We have enough problems with people getting busted by the man and do not need this kind of stuff, hold tight for another day if you can and if not have a great night

1)everyone calm down.
2)speedys been abnormally busy this month with his dad being sick, the volcanic ash causing orders to get backed up, and his dentist appointment.
3)its understandable that people are mad if they're trying to get individual attention and aren't receiving it as others are. there is no need to insult them.

he uses RIU to talk to the majority of his customers. his PM box is going to be full a lot of the time. i understand why you are mad, but calm down. just take your business elsewhere instead of attacking him

I'm going to refund your money adslvlc,

first off you placed an order than within 2 days you were questioning me heavily about the legitimacy of those seeds, are they real.

I sent the package off and I have proof of such, these forums are mainly used by americans canadians australians and britains, I think the number of people who are in russia are very few.

There was not tracking available to your country so i opted for signed for, which according to the website hasn't been delivered.

I told you on tuesday of this week that I would reship your order, then you reply quite rudely about how unhappy your going to be about me having to reship them, so I thought if your gonna be unhappy if I reship them why should I bother, then you continue to swear at me over and over again.

I understand that you are unhappy that your order did not get delivered, but your approach and how you have spoken to me on every occassion has not gotten you the best results.

I've felt that every time if I were to get into it with you that you would kick off and argument would break out.

If you look at how anyone else has approached it and how polite they have been you will see that they have gotten instant results, but I don't come on to this forum to be spoken to like a piece of shit.

well, i am out.

despite 2 emails, and several posts in this thread. i have not heard one word from speedy since i placed my order on the 15th of april.

i wouldn't be crying about it if it was just circumstances such as the volcano, his dad, and now the dentist.

the reason i decided to go elsewhere was because i got no repsonse at all. nothing in 2 weeks.

im not going to just sit around and hope he eventually responds, so i can first off...pay him! then wait for weeks unsure if a package is arriving.

sorry speedy, i'd like to order from you, but maybe the future is a better time.
I told you first off how payment is taken, through paypal or cc. You told me this wasn't possible for you, and that you wanted my address to send payment to.

Every email you sent was asking for an address, every pm, to be honest you got me spooked that you were cops trying to get my address because of how intent you were to get it.

sounds understandable to me to expect what you pay for. sounds like this guy has grown faster then he can handle. that's actually a bad thing for everyone involved if he is not prepared or able to increase his operation to keep up with demand a ordering system needs to be devised that doesn't allow unlimited orders to be placed but lists out of stock after he has more orders then he can handle per day. people can respect out of stock and understand a high demand look at Cali Connect and other elite breeders with limited supplies people put up with the limited availability and just try harder to get order as soon as product is available. if you do not communicate outages then you will have pissed of customers every time.

dentist appointments, busy, are people really posting those types of excuses for a lack of service? i bet the CEO of Walmart didn't get to where he is with personal obstructions as excuses. hell you cant find a single productive business that operates with those types of excuses. I've never heard attitude's owner say he had food poisoning and that's why orders are not going out lol. i don't order seeds never have never will but i understand business and it just sounds like this business needs some refining. probably a good guy who is just a little over his head at the moment. hopefully things get dialed in with his business before to much damage is done i like to see everyone succeed!

my time off came over the weekend, it was a reason for why I hadn't been online as much as was the dentist, but packages have still been going out all week, I never said i won't ship because of my whats been going on, I have been constantly refining how I do things to make improvements.

With taking orders, doing the admin, the packaging the buying, going to the post office to send them off and being on here answering peoples questions constantly it does take up most of my dad 7 days a week to do so, being a one person business if something does go wrong in my life then something will have to give and the first thing is going to have to be the forum contact, because the priority is as always getting orders shipped.

i cant tell you if my tracking says any diff cause idk it. but i haven't received my order yet and i believe my order was shipped on the 14th also. i'm guessing orders on the 14th got screwed by the ash. all we can do is be patient...

yeah its said that for the whole time. the royal mail marked it sent on the 14 to the us. they said all the pacages sent by boat should be here today on the 30th. so hopefully things will get moving again.

about refund i do not want you to lose money ... so refund or reship. choose what do u want no problem ..

week ago he told me will reship package to me and on 27 April pm me will reship tomorrow so why not reshipped ?? and after ton of emails pms he called me rude ... why ton ?? because no reply no response for many days ...
have u seen anyone before talking like him with clients ??
 
you know adslvlc your package could of been confiscated by customs......

anyways i think speedys the man to go to, probally gonna make a few more orders from him in a week or 2

my tracking number from the 14th just says no record of this item on USPS and royal mail it just says come back later.
