Has anyone here smoked in a chalice (coconut bong)

It is the smoking device the rastas use ..has anyone have experience in chalice

A true chalice is a horn shaped pipe that is often used by people in India. Often these are religious deeply but they incorporate ganja smoking with it and lots of it. They are often seen smoking out of what looks like a clay or ceramic pipe about 4-5 inches long and that gets held in your hands clenched together and smoked DEEPLY. This must have a ridiculous high on some scale because sometimes I even have a hard time with a pipe(coughing very hard and small hit it seems to me). My theory is that the coconut is just a simple filter or cooler of the smoke. Probably makes it very easy to walk around and puff without need to have expensive glass that could break at any time. Now to answer your question is no, I haven't but I had seen it done. What made me turn away because of how unsanitary it looked to me, the smoke made the tubing very dark and almost clogged. Secondly it's made of plastic and that sets off a lot of red flags. Even those plastic bongs with the metal bowls scare the living hell out of me and for reasons that I'll never understand is why the movie company decides to put movies out with those kind of bongs. Anyways I'm rambling and not yet stoned. I would have probably forgot to even post at this point if I was. Good luck with a reply.
