Has anyone heard of anybody getting 1lb of one plant in 3 to 3 1/2 month cycle

The strains I have most of them can yield 1lb per minimum and 3 of 12 are O.G. Just take your time and experiment and you'll find the right strains, but most importantly learn how to clone so when you find the right strains you can keep the cycle going. Oh yeah the final weight on 9 Blue Dreams was almost 17lbs under 4 1000 watt and 10 600 watt HPS bulbs hanging vertically no hoods.

It's possible, but it's an expensive, light and Co2 intensive, tall ceiling large grow area commercial type thing. The system described is full time work and not a hobby. Growing huge thick plants means you have to have temperature, humidity, and a clean environment dialed in or root rot will set in. No thanks....oh and 4, 9, 12, 16 are the correct numbers for this type of grow not 10.

He's talking about a commercial tree style grow like they do in BC. Almost every commercial tree style indoor grow has tall ceilings, Co2, and with a vertical grow like that you have 1000 watters that are relatively close together therefor you need the temps dialed in. Plus since it's hard as hell to check 7 foot plants for bud rot you need everything dialed in as much as possible. Some of those colas can be as big as 2 liter bottles at the top, those mega colas are super susceptible to bud rot. The problem with his buddies argument, these tree style grows are done with side lighting plus top lighting so to get the most out of side lighting the interior light has to be surrounded by plants, so 9 with 4 lights inside, 12 with 6... is popular, 10 doesn't make much sense.
