Has anyone grown out BUKU? (Burmese Kush)?

I'm getting a Bu Ku mother from my buddies dad, I was just wondering if it's as good a strain as I've heard?
Wondering if it takes well to topping and lst and how finiky it is with nutes?
My buddies dad got it as a clone and it's just over a foot now under some cfls, and asked me if I wanted it for a Blue Widow fem seed. So I said sure. I'm gonna clone some off her and grow inside, and put the mom outside this year.
Any info would be much appreciated

is it a female?? but ive heard its OK, never had it myself tho. ill look around in cali for it tho.

I got 2 BUKU's 10 days in flower, i havent given them any real special attention besides topping them both multiple times which made them look more like shrubs than MJ plants, never smoked any though, if you want hit me up and ill throw a couple pics up, be cool

Not sure, i got them from a friend when they were about 10 inches tall and then i vegged em for 4 weeks, so im guessing 6-8 weeks? Ill throw some fresh ones up in a couple weeks so this thread might be able to help some people out.

Sounds good, my buddies dad is giving me a BuKu mom I'll post up pics too, when I get her. Don't know if I'm gonna put her outside or not.

yo i never grown it but i have smoked it. its a good smoke. kind of tastes piney. nice good mellow buzz that creeps up on ya. good one to smoke and watch a movie with a chick. but hell there all good for that.

Im growing a Buku right now, shes been in veg for a little over 2 months and I just took my first clones off of her yesterday. I got 3 seeds from my buddy awhile back, someone in his family grows the strain often its a great smoke and the high is equally amazing. The seeds weren't much 1 or 2 looked pretty premature and only one ended up poppin, but being the lucky guy I am it was a she! I posted a pic of her the other day hold on I'll find it.

very nice, looks like a nice bushy plant, still waiting on June to go pick up my mom from my buddies dad
