Has anyone ever yielded more than Seedbank numbers?

i currently grow with co2 and cobs and I manage to yield 100g per sq meter more than the seed bank estimates.

Usually 800g per sq meter for a 700g per sq meter strain.

Has anyone ever got more than this?

I'm interested as I want to know if I can maybe do anything else to improve my yield.

I have maxed out my light in every way I have 1500 ppfd across the entire canopy.

The only thing I can't get any more of is space so I want to make the most of the space I do have.

At the moment I mainline for 4 tops per square foot

I grow 1 plant per square foot - around 10 per square meter. I manage to get around 2.8-3 oz per plant in each square foot.

Anyone care to share their experiences, if they have achieved more in a m2 and your opinion if it's possible?

I'd love to see a picture of your setup.

To answer your questions, you can try Hydro for bigger yields and faster veg

I forgot to mention I already use hydro.

A sort of custom aero/nft system I built.

Hydro - co2 @1000-1500 ppm -AC temps at 80f
Cob led 1500 ppfd.

Maybe someday I'll be able to take photos but not any time soon unfortunately.

I've searched for hours and it's strange how we don't see the issue of space being brought up and discussed more.

Most can add as many lights as they want or add humidity or co2 ... but for those who can't add any mor space... it is the biggest problem.

I think I could possibly cram more colas in per square foot.. maybe top them one more time during veg but I'd probably just get smaller colas

For some reason people dont talk about time when it comes to yields. If you get 1000g / m2 in 14 weeks you get just as much in a year if you yield 850g in 12 weeks. If your goal is to get as much as possible it's stupid to focus only g/harvest. We should talk about how many grams you produce in 1 week with m2 or something..

I usually get 650-690g in 11-12 weeks with 100% organic soil grow. I think seed bank promises round 600-650g so it's pretty much the same. I have a very simple soil grow with 600w hps + one topping + SOG . I just use the screen so my branches dont crack. I dont even know is this system called "SOG" but theres a screen anyways..

I currently only veg for around 2 weeks and it's in a separate room. So I get 800g per m2 in 8 weeks.

My veg room is significantly smaller than my flower room though due to space restrictions so I veg with 4 plants per square foot mainline for 4 colas and veg for 2 weeks so that the colas are around a foot long then I put them in flower room

I might be able to try and mainline 8 colas but it would be extremely tight in my veg room... 32 colas per Square foot whilst they veg seems extreme although scroggers do that all the time with 2 inch holes in a scrog net

It must be possible as I just read a sog grow journal where someone grows in 2l coke bottles...
That means he had 9 plants per square foot and he got 15g per plant which is 135g per square foot = 4.82 oz per square foot

And that equates to nearly 1.5kg per square meter!!
I wonder if I can achieve similar with 1 plant per square foot but mainlining so it has 9 distinct colas.

There's no way I can do 9 plants per square foot for my space..
I'd need 800+ clones.

I guess ill keep researching to find what I'm missing

Yep.. I dont want to do separate veg + flower rooms because of our laws. It would be too big risk to have that many plants. I have decided to do harvest every 11-12 weeks and stick with it.

How would they classify a plant in veg?

I believe here a plant in veg is basically hemp and since hemp isn't illegal it can't be included in plant count.

Do you have link to that journal?
Would like to see 9 plants per sq foot.

In my country a plant is a plant. Here 1 plant = 25g of weed so 10 plants = 250g and 20 plants 500g. They don't care how big your girls are.

Yea it's kind of stupid law we have here but I'm pretty satisfied with it. Im very happy that police don't give a fuck anymore and it's almost impossible to get jail time here. I guess you need to go 100+ plants before getting a lame 30 day sentence lol.

I could grow 1000 here if I wanted to but that's just too much work. 1 plant per square foot is about the maximum I can handle on my own a total of 90 plants.

I must be doing something wrong if that guy can fit a 14g cola in 10cm2 of space.
My limiting factor is the size of my veg room. It will be very packed in there with 32 colas per sq foot
I could use BAP6 to stop internode stretching due to overlapping leaves I suppose they only have to survive in there until they are ready for flower

I have done few calculations in the past and I couldn't find wise system for veg + flower. For my hobby it has been always wiser to start every m2 from seed and end with harvest. That way I get as much in m2/week as possible.

The space I use for veg is so small that it would be pointless to try and flower anything in there. That's the only reason I do it.
I try to do my first 3 weeks of flower in the veg room too. It gets extremely packed I then pull them out defoliate them all and then put them in flower room. That way I get harvest every 5 weeks.

The veg room may be limiting me. It's possible the tight space is reducing the yield but my yearly harvest is still better because of it I believe

"...but my yearly harvest is still better because of it I believe".

Im sure it's better. More space is always more space. That is the number one factor when you aim for bigger yields. You can only have that many buds in m2.
