Has anyone dealt with this problem before?

This is Northern Lights Auto, in 5 gal fabric pot, just started week 3, just administered my first batch of nutrients Wednesday, which wasn’t much to begin with. Currently on a 20/4 light cycle, only feeding nutrients twice a week with regular PH corrected RO water at 6.2.

Just curious but are there alot of mycorrhizae added to the soil mix? What soil are you using. It looks like irregular nutrient uptake and should fix itself if everything is proper.

Tap and nutes = ok
RO and nutes = trouble
It's best giving RO and nutes no doubt, IF you know what your doing.
When you start clean (RO) you are now the solution master, you need to account for the perfect or not so perfect NER solution
Most people ofcourse have no idea what is the proper ratios for each element let alone their proper ratios when mixed and applied to a plant.
If you give RO, add cal mag to your solution.
For a more streamline grow, give proper ph tap water, and you can supplement along the way by looking and judging the plant itself.

Yeah this is my first Autoflower, I’m pretty sure I think I know what my issue is, I sadly made the mistake of using fabric softener on my fabric pot, after my first grow, but next time just gonna dry it out in the sun and rinse it really good, my first grow were feminized Trainwreck and og kush, which turned out great, and used RO water and nutes for those, think I might stick to femenized anyhow, more forgiving.

Looks like leaf variegation and it’s on an early set of leaf.

Those early leaf sets become expendable as plant grows out more.

Ditch the ro and just run the first two stages (sediment pre filter and carbon filter) instead. If you don't know how to use ro it can cause alot of issues.
