Yes, I would do it for as long as you plan on curing your buds. I keep my stash in tupperware and in a dark cool place(sock draw)all the time anyway, so it's like it's being cured right up until it gets smoked. As for Cr8z13's question, I never understood why people did that, stopping feeding. I know why they say they do it, because it makes the smoke less harsh and who wants to smoke those chemicals, etc. But I have tried both feeding right up to the end and stopping a week or so before harvesting, and flushing, and I didn't notice a bit of difference. I think the curing is what smoothes out the smoke more than anything, and more importantly, I think the last week of flowering is when the plant needs food the most. Just my opinion and my experience.
