Harvesting lower buds first?

Anyone else find themselves in a position to harvest lower buds while the ones at the top are still going? Right now I've got buds that are pretty much ready now, but the ones at the top, the very top anyway are still going strong with a some new white hairs. I have switched to 10/14 too if that makes a difference. These girls are ready, but I don't wanna chop too soon because I can wait at least another week and a half. Just curious your experiences.

Apples/pears/tomatoes/etc don't all ripen at the same time. Why would ganja be any different. That's my opinion.

Put some pics up, usually when people ask this its because they notice the bottom growth just isnt moving like the tops but the reality is, they are usually 7-14 days behind in maturity.
