Harvesting low ryder autoflower

Hello all!
I have been growing low ryder autos since March 10. They don't seem ready to harvest yet from all I've read.

Could it be because I started them indoors and then they were moved outside? I have been gardening my whole life and know this can stress plants and cause slower growth. I'm not trying to rush the harvest, just curious about why it's been almost a month longer than expected. 20210608_204259.jpg20210608_204254.jpg

There are 3 plants. Still many white pistils and I just inspected the trichromes , none are amber colored. Also the buds aren't very fat, is that normal for small plants?

I have a lot of questions about growing.

Do I have to harvest the whole plant at once or will some buds be ready before the others?

Can I use the rest of the plant to make mulch/bedding for my chickens? I use hemp bedding for them now but don't know exactly how it is made. I just don't want to waste anything!

I want to make edibles with most of my harvest, or tincture. And just save a little to see how it smokes. Any tips for drying/curing/infusing appreciated!
