Harvesting..... How much longer for these????

First let me say that without the information and assistance given to me by the organization I would never have been able to bring this plant to fruition....THANK YOU!!!!
Now I need help with determining when to harvest. First the details:
White Widow / 400w HPS / Has been flowering for 9 weeks / Have been flushing with ph adjusted water for 1 week.
Please review the photos and help me determine approximately how much longer to harvest. I have to leave this plant for 2 weeks before I return. Do you think that it would be better to harvest now or wait 2 weeks. If I wait will I miss the peak?
Any advice you can provide will be appreciated.

That thing looks Like Iraq. Bombed out and depleted. Give that fucker some water. And its probably not gonna be ready for 3-4 weeks. All the hairs are white still.

Yeah you're nowhere near ready man. They should fatten up and the hairs should recede some.

Im sorry new guy25, but this bud looks like it's still got a few weeks at least. The only surefire way for a new grower to determine ripeness is by examining the trichromes.

I don't know man, I'm not trying to be a hater.....but am I the only one who seems to think that the plant doesn't really look that healthy? For the size of those plants, I expected to see more buds on it. Also, they look like there growing in different directions as if you didn't rotate them from time to time, and some of them are leening a different way than the others. Either way bud is bud, and your going to get some piff out of it,But I just wanted to put my 2 cents in and bring this to your attention.

mate nowhere near ready at all, another month min.. They don't look like white widow at all. More like sativa strain of sorts

That's what I've been saying, they look all stringy and stuff, they NEED more time. and he should really be concerned about why they look like that. The light might be too low or high, or hes gotta flush them.
