Harvesting / Frost

I have about one ounce or so worth of weed growing left. this is the weather forecast below. The trichomes are like 5-10% amber and I was hoping for a bit more amber since all of the other stuff already harvested is like 2% amber. The plants are both sativas. It has also rained non stop for the past 20 hours pretty much, not heavy rain, medium and light rain. The plants are in containers but too big and heavy to carry. Would you harvest? I'm just want to have what was intended for the sativas (super silver haze and moonshine haze) 30% amber is recommended on the seed info. It has been growing since mid may!!

Will the trichomes even develop when the days become sunny or will they be in shock? It has been chilly for a while now so they were would be used to cold temperatures by now I guess. Also I know it's best to harvest in the morning so based on this forecast when would be ideal? I also know you're not supposed to harvest when it's raining but it's been really rainy...

Shake the buds free of moisture as much as possible. Look for signs of mold inside the largest buds. If you see no mold, let them go a little longer, taking care to keep checking. If you see mold, chop them ASAP.

Are there any clear trichs left? If not harvest now. It's better to harvest sativa with milky trichomes because at that point it has more thc than cbd, heavy indicas would be the opposite.

How about if there's a bit of snow? Snowed last night a bit...

If the plants show any frost damage, chop.
