harvesting budworm outbreak

so i am trimming and amd getting a head ache searching every bud for worms, wtf what can i do to make sure they dont eat my buds while im drying/curing

Well since spraying them with anything during drying/curing would be bad you can only pick them off. I have found they start leaving the buds after you cut them off the plant and start drying them... Not the right nutrients going through a bud they is removed from the plant.
