Harvest top or wait?

Top buds are mostly cloudy with some amber in the trichomes. Bottoms still a lot of clear. Harvest top piece by piece or just keep waiting?
also first grow. Where I get mine is running low ( because of everything going on) so I may need some soon anyways.

What did u end up doing??

I waited another week and chopped the whole thing. With another run under my belt now. I would have let the lower less fence buds try to fatten for another 2 weeks
Cool im on the same boat with my indica, top buds are obviously done with all pistils browned and curled in not a single white one left, trichs are 10-20% amber but the bottom ones still have quite a few white pistils and absolutely no amber trichs, gonna give top cola harvest a try, hope it wont stress the plant too much!

If it's about to be harvested anyways. The stress doesn't matter as much. Let me know how it goes

Just a fast note. When you chop the tops (which is completely acceptable) dont expect the plants bottoms to begin maturing again for at least a week to 10 days.

The plant will need to heal and recover before it starts focusing on the bottom buds again.

Think 3 weeks or more for the bottoms to finish in this scenario

Cool i did end up chopping the tops but my other 4 plants are on track to be harvest ready in 2-3 weeks as well so that works perfect
