see how the bud has those little stacks coming off it, with white hairs sticking out. looks kinda like a foxes tail. that's usually a sign of an issue when growing, but could be genetics. I'm guessing a heat issue.

I don't know if you have an air cooled hps light or what. I actually run 2 600w hps lights and a 3000w LED in my tent and no heat issues. I have my a/c unit inside my tent though with clip fans. Last week we had highs close to 110 and my tent stayed at 74 degrees. So if heats a problem and you have room inside your tent do that.
